Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. To maintain, administrate and supervise entire Human Resource, Administration and Security Department operations of the resort
  2. To identify and recruit talented employees for the organization.
  3. To ensure employees learn and grow in the organization.
  4. To control the salary and wages according to the budgets.
  5. To liaison with external agencies, influential persons to have a good image for the organization.
  6. To liaison with government authorities and ensure the statutory requirement are met on time and accurately.
  7. To ensure company standards of uniform and grooming are implanted through out the department and the entire property according set standards.
  8. To impart training to the departmental staff and evaluate work performance of the staff.
  9. To hold regular departmental meetings.
  10. To keep and maintain accurate records according the set standards and procedures.
  11. To implement Standard Operating procedures of the department.
  12. To prepare the departmental annual budget and control the cost as per the budgets.
  13. To ensure the services provided by the contractors are monitored for quality.
  14. To ensure high performance and maximum efficiency are achieved.
  15. To ensure that all the departmental staff are following the rules and regulations of the resort strictly.
  16. To ensure to conduct monthly inventory of the stocks
  17. To ensure all the departmental staffs are completely familiar with safety and security procedures.


Preferred candidate profile


MBA HR, with minimum 2 years of experience working in the same role
