Manager - Human Resources

• Responsible to drive hiring initiatives, including strategy for attracting and hiring niche and critical technical talent.
• Collaborate with the various departments heads to understand the hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective utilization of sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including preparation of Job Descriptions, manpower requisition, etc.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication and periodic reporting of HR data to drive informed decision making.
• Optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, strong employer branding.
• Monitor and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios) to derive actionable insights.
• Manage onboarding and inductions to ensure smooth new hire integration, adherence to compliance standards, and a seamless joining experience.
• Understanding of HR governance and compliance with SEBI guidelines, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support HR reporting, audits and cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Manage and mentor team, driving performance and adherence to best HR practices.
• This role involves Recruitment and HR Operations responsibilities.
