Job Description
1)Recruitment & onboarding.
2)Attendance & payroll - Managing biometric, attendance, leave records, and providing support for payroll processing.
3)Ensuring statutory compliance at the plant.
4)HR administration & operations & grievance handling.MBA in HR / IR / Labour Relations is mandatory.
Want a married male/ female (preferred) candidate who is of 40-45 years & preferably from Naidupea or nearby areas.
