Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end L&D operations across assigned service lines, ensuring stable, scalable, and compliant delivery.
- Lead L&D delivery within a shared services model, meeting defined SLAs, quality standards, productivity and governance requirements.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Project Management, Learning Experience Design, Learning Design Services, Talent Management, and Learning Management & Analytics.
- Drive standardisation of L&D processes, service catalogues, operating models, and delivery frameworks across customers and geographies.
- Act as operational SME for digital learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, and learning analytics tools.
- Establish and sustain strong L&D governance, including SOPs, controls, reporting, audit readiness, and risk management.
- Partner closely with OE HR, Talent, Business, and Learning stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary L&D teams, covering capability building, capacity planning, succession, and engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives across learning delivery, design, and administration.
- Support transitions, scope expansions, and onboarding of new customers, countries, or learning services.
- Use data and analytics to measure learning impact, operational performance, and service outcomes.
