Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong understanding of corporate wellbeing program design with exposure to health-focused initiatives such as MBBS, nutritionist, and physiotherapist-led interventions
Ability to support the planning and execution of talent development and employee wellness programs within a corporate HR environment
Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary wellbeing services and operational workflows to ensure effective program delivery
Experienced in consulting-oriented problem solving to align wellness solutions with employee engagement and organizational needs
Capable of managing HR operations related to talent development with a focus on structured, scalable, and compliant wellbeing initiatives
Skills and attributes
