• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in performance improvement plans
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee training programs, and support employee development initiatives
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
• HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with changing regulations and company needs
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices
