Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate must be having experience working in a SOLAR MODULE MANUFACTURING Plant.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Factory Compliance, PF, ESIC, Bonus etc.
- Manage contract labour management system effectively.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, payroll processing, and other HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues promptly.
