Manager - Growth and Partnerships (Delhi, Pune and Mumbai)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Managers with proven experience in B2B school sales to drive outreach and partnerships with schools in Delhi and Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong existing school connects, a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (Principals, Management, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools in the assigned region
• Deliver engaging product demos and proposals tailored to school needs
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth
• Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and competitor activity

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school sales (B2B)
• Strong existing connects with schools in base location
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Comfortable with travel and on-ground field work
• Graduate degree, experience in education, EdTech, or school supplies industry preferred
• Build partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and premium CBSE schools
