Manager - Fund Raising For Finance/Accounting

• To develop a fundraising strategy that is aligned and can sustain our ambitions as an organization.
• To lead the execution of the fundraising strategy.
• Coordinating with Angel Investors / Private Equity Investors for fund raising.
• Should look after pre & post funding documentation process, investor relationship, etc.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Should have passed out their full time MBAs (Marketing / Finance) from reputed Top Tier Institutes.
• Should have worked for at least 3 startups and have complete knowledge of Fund raising with Angel Investor.
• Skills: Fundraising, Venture Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Financial Modeling.
• Should be capable of preparing a presentation required for completing the funding process.
• Should have command over communication with confidence.
• Should be target oriented.
