Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the assigned portfolio.
- Manage operational activities, including streamlining processes and procedures to promote efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and manage the audit process, including liaising with auditors.
- Budget and forecast for the portfolio of entities.
- Implement group policies, processes, and systems.
- Review regulatory and compliance reporting requirements, including quarterly GST reporting.
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
- At least 10 to 12 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Well-versed in GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) is advantageous.
- Experience in real estate or financial services industry is beneficial.
- Hands-on finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
