Qualifications & Experience
The Manager Finance will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business decision-making across projects. The role involves handling accounting, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial accounting, reporting, and MIS preparation
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
Handle internal and external audits and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and consultants
Support project financing, loan documentation, and fund utilization
Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial controls
Maintain accuracy in books of accounts and adherence to accounting standards
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
5 10 years of relevant experience (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and budgeting
Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally/SAP) and MS Excel
Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and financial management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
