Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with unions, addressing concerns, and implementing collective bargaining agreements.
- Develop and implement labour welfare initiatives to promote a positive work environment, including employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide guidance on ER policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment of employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations (ER) or similar role.
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, regulations, and best practices in ER.
