Manager - Direct & International Tax

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Execute tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
• Research and interpret tax law to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance on business initiatives
• Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in direct tax compliance and planning
• In-depth knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
