- Required relevant experience in handling EPC Projects procurement & Sub Contracts.
- Preparation of procurement strategies and procurement planning.
- Coordination between Management, Procurement Lead, subordinate and project Team.
- Required Sound knowledge of Sub contracts and its terms.
- Team handling, requirement Tracking, MIS, vendor database maintenance.
- Floating the enquiries to vendors, calling quotation and preparation of CS.
- Obtaining approval from Management to place the Purchase/Work Orders.
- Preparation of Purchase/Work Order based on approved terms sheet.
- Contractors Identification, New Vendor Development, Forecast Price and Market trends, Rate Analysis, Tracking supplier payments with finance/ account team
