Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Product roadmap
- Define and own the digital product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation in the automotive pre-sales, sales and dealer performance process using digital tools and platforms
2. Omnichannel Sales Strategy & Dealer Performance Management
- Develop solutions that integrate physical dealership sales processes with digital platforms for a seamless omnichannel experience
- Primary focus on levers for pre-sales and sales conversion and dealer performance tracking and improvement
- Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, dealer processes and similar offerings
- Leverage data to identify gaps and prioritize feature development or enhancements
3. Dealer Performance Management
- Own product strategy, roadmap and execution for dealer performance management platforms across different BUs
- Lead enhancement of Dealer Growth Plan (DGP) capabilities enabling quarterly/annual target setting, 8Abased action planning and structured dealer reviews
- Lead Vistaar Program for ASD performance management, enabling ASMCAMASD workflows including growth plan creation, action tracking, visit management and automated communications
- Drive Avataar Action Plan for dealer health improvement through comparative 8A analytics, focusarea identification and monthly review cycles
- Manage vendors and internal technology teams (Power Apps, Power BI, LeadSquared, SharePoint, Automations)
4. Sales Demo & Digital Sales Enablement
- Own the Sales Demo platform across business units, enabling ASMs, dealers and field teams with digital, instore and onfield demo capabilities. Ensure maintenance of the custom reactJS app for Sales Demo
- Implement and enhance features such as product demos, EMI calculators, CNG pump locators, multilanguage support, live translation and TV casting
- Drive the Chetak Smart Wall Interactive TV initiative in coordination with Marketing and BU Teams
- Drive dealer and field adoption by tracking demo usage vs. visits and improving effectiveness through feature and content enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a consistent, highquality demo experience across regions
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior management, sales and operations teams to align digital products with business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular reviews & take up prioritization of product features for deployment
6. Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to deployment and optimization
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and KPIs
- Align on milestones and timelines and ensure requirements are being delivered by internal and vendor teams
- Ensure governance, documentation, user communication, training and change management for all rollouts
7. Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Define KPIs for digital sales products, such as lead conversion rates, engagement metrics and ROI
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Good to have skills:
- 6 - 10 years of experience in digital product management, analytics, sales operations or transformation roles
- Good understanding of dealer networks, retail sales processes and performance management frameworks
- Handson experience with Power BI, Power Apps, data dashboards, workflow automation or similar lowcode platforms
- Good understanding of custom app development in reactJS and product lifecycle
- Having strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Having excellent communication skills
- Having passion to take up exciting challenges & achieve results
- Having ability to anticipate risks
- Able to operate effectively in highly ambiguous settings and timeline pressure situations
