The role operates within Banyan Nation s Control Tower, the central analytics function driving visibility across supply chain and operations. We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader to drive data governance, predictive insights, and automated reporting across the organization. This role will ensure data accuracy, enable real-time decision-making, and deliver measurable operational impact through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader with 10 15 years of experience in supply chain data analytics to drive enterprise-wide data governance, predictive intelligence, and automated reporting as part of the Control Tower function, enabling real-time operational decision-making. This role will own supply chain data accuracy, automation architecture, predictive risk frameworks, and executive dashboards.
Own end-to-end data integrity across ERP, Zoho, and BI platforms
Ensure 98% data sync accuracy and
Define validation rules, reconciliation logic, and governance frameworks
Act as single source of truth for supply chain operational data
Own vendor & RM master traceability and compliance
Advanced Supply Chain Analytics & Business ImpactAnalyze procurement, logistics, inventory, QC, cost, Production & Supplier analysis
Drive margin protection through rejection and cost-to-serve analytics
Translate analytics into measurable operational improvements
Predictive Intelligence & Risk PreventionBuild predictive and rule-based models
Create proactive risk dashboards for leadership
Automation, Data Pipelines & Digital EnablementArchitect automated dashboards and reporting pipelines
Reduce manual effort through SQL, Python/R, and BI automation
Integrate ERP, Zoho, and BI layers into unified reporting
Support digital transformation initiatives
Executive Reporting & Governance EnablementDesign structured RAG dashboards by SKU, region, and team
Deliver one-click CXO snapshots
Publish governance-compliant deviation reports
Present insights to COO and functional heads
Cross-Functional Business PartnershipPartner with Procurement, Logistics, Factory Ops, Sales, Finance.
Align analytics outputs with operational workflows
Influence corrective action execution
Act as bridge between business and digital platforms
Act as a Control Tower partner by connecting data insights with business requirements across departments.
Analytics Capability BuildingStandardize KPI definitions and RCA frameworks
Improve analytics maturity and data literacy
Stay updated on AI and supply chain digitization practices
Technical SkillsExcellent Advanced Excel skills with strong Power Query expertise
SQL (advanced joins, data validation, reconciliation logic)
Power BI / Tableau for enterprise dashboards
Python or R for automation and predictive analytics
ERP systems Oracle NetSuite (preferred) / SAP
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain analytics
QualificationsBachelor s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Master s preferred
10 15 years of experience in supply chain data analytics
