• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring all construction activities are completed within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, project managers, and government authorities to ensure seamless execution of civil works and timely resolution of project-related issues.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, material requirements, and work plans to ensure compliance with design standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections, evaluate work quality, verify contractor performance, and implement corrective actions to address delays, quality concerns, and operational risks.
• Manage project budgets, procurement activities, resource allocation, billing verification, and cost control measures while maintaining accurate documentation and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, workplace safety standards, quality management systems, and statutory approvals by conducting periodic audits and implementing preventive measures.
• Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, risk assessments, and management presentations while providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, promote continuous process improvements, support innovation in construction methodologies, and ensure successful completion of civil infrastructure projects aligned with organizational objectives.
