Role & responsibilities


As a Manager Client Acquisition at IndiaMART, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals dedicated to direct B2B client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative selling and skilled at building long-term client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding IndiaMARTs market presence by acquiring new clients, enhancing team performance, and driving sustained business growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead and manage a team of 56 sales executives, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.

2. Plan and execute strategies for new client acquisition aligned with company goals.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team development.

4. Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team motivation and field planning.

5. Oversee sales support functions to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements.

6. Implement sales promotion schemes and monitor their effectiveness.

7. Identify challenges and opportunities, take corrective actions, and drive revenue growth.

8. Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes, documentation standards, and CRM usage.


Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA(Marketing/Sales Preferred)

2. Minimum 50% in graduation and MBA

3. Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th
