Essential
  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Preferred
  • MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical exports and contract manufacturing business preferred.
Experience
  • 812 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in export and domestic contract manufacturing business handling.
Required Skills Competencies
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and commercial operations.
  • Knowledge of export business processes and international market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and business analytics/reporting.
