Manager Business Analytics and Planning (Strategy Focused)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning Effectiveness: Timeliness, quality, and usefulness of plans, business cases, and milestone achievement.
• Project Delivery Performance: Percentage of MD Office projects completed on time and within scope, combined with action item closure rate from review meetings of >90%.
• Reporting & Review Quality: Accuracy, timeliness, insight depth, risk identification, and effectiveness of monthly/quarterly/annual reviews.
• Collaboration Efficiency: Leadership feedback on SPOC effectiveness, departmental responsiveness, and cross-team issue resolution speed (e.g., <48 hours).
• Process Improvement Impact: Number of initiatives implemented annually, with total measurable gains in efficiency (e.g., % reduction in time/cost) and % adoption/sustainability rate >80%.

Job Requirements :

• CA with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical industry or related field.

• Strong background in business analytics, business intelligence, business planning, business strategy development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and create actionable recommendations for improvement.
