Manager - Banking & Treasury

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Treasury Operations, including cash flow planning, fund deployment, and liquidity management across the organization.
  
• Handle Banking Relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions for working capital facilities, term loans, and treasury products.
  
• Oversee Trade Finance activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Buyers' Credit, Suppliers' Credit, and Import/Export financing.
  
• Manage Bills of Payment, bill discounting, bill negotiation, and collection processes to ensure timely settlements and efficient cash flow.
  
• Monitor and administer Credit Finance Facilities such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL), and other borrowing arrangements.
  
• Prepare and review cash flow forecasts, fund utilization reports, borrowing requirements, and treasury MIS for senior management.
  
• Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions, hedging strategies, and forex exposure to mitigate currency risks.
  
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, banking covenants, and internal financial control frameworks.
  
• Negotiate interest rates, banking charges, trade finance limits, and credit facilities to optimize financing costs and improve treasury efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Procurement, and Business teams to support working capital management, vendor payments, customer collections, and overall financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA / MBA Finance / CMA with 5-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management, Banking Operations, Working Capital Management, and Fund Raising.
• Hands-on experience in LC, BG, Credit Facilities, and Debt Management.
