Manager - Auction

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Auction Manager to strengthen its recovery and auction operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in gold loan auction processes, regulatory compliance, portfolio management, and recovery operations within the NBFC or banking sector.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Gold Loan NBFCs, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Proven exposure to auction management, recovery operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage auction portfolios efficiently while ensuring adherence to organizational and statutory requirements.
