  • Job Overview/Position Overview
    Reports To: Sales Manager
    We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong technical aptitude
    and proven success in sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in
    industries like cement, steel, food, wood, oil & gas, or power plants. As a Sales Executive, you
    will drive new business by generating qualified leads, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring
    high conversion rates within your designated region. You will play a key role in building long-term
    client relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Generation & Outbound Sales:
    o Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online campaigns to generate new qualified
    leads every week.
    o Identify and reactivate dormant or inactive clients.
    o Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the technical team as needed.
    • Sales Process Management:
    o Own and manage the regional sales funnel: monitor lead-to-conversion rates, pipeline
    progress, and overall health.
    o Track and report on weekly lead generation, conversion metrics, and regional sales
    activities.
    • Team & Operations Support:
    o Supervise junior team members (as required, 2-5 members).
    o Oversee vendor negotiations, assist in invoicing processes, and manage inventory
    levels.
    o Support other projects, including overseas tasks, as needed.
    • Market & Industry Insights:
    o Stay updated with industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide feedback for
    strategic business initiatives.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Number of new qualified leads generated per week
    • Lead-to-conversion rate
    • Regional sales funnel health and revenue growth.
  • Client satisfaction and retention levels

  • Preferred candidate profile
    • 3-8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/technical sectors (cement, steel, food,
    wood, oil & gas, or power plants preferred).
    • Strong technical acumen, able to grasp and articulate product features and benefits.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proven success in outbound calling, lead generation, and account management.
    • Experience in overseeing small teams, negotiations, invoicing, and inventory
    management is a plus.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, as required.
