Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Manager AI and Data Solutions Delivery to lead and scale our initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on technical expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI and Data solutions, combined with strong domain knowledge across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or Healthcare. This role will bridge the gap between technology and business by converting business problems into AI/Data use cases and delivering impactful solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. A strong understanding of business scenarios and value chains is essential, as AI and data solutions require contextual awareness and domain fluency.

Technical Leadership & Solution DeliveryLead the technical architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.Ensure high standards in coding, model development, performance tuning, and secure cloud deployment.Enable implementation of MLOps, DataOps, and continuous integration pipelines.
Domain-Driven SolutioningCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain-specific challenges into data-driven and AI-powered use cases.Leverage industry knowledge to develop context-aware models that solve real business problems (e.g., predictive maintenance, customer churn, demand forecasting).Ensure solutions align with domain workflows and deliver measurable business value.
Pre-Sales & Strategic EngagementsDrive technical pre-sales by responding to RFPs/RFIs, crafting solution blueprints, and presenting business-relevant use cases.Lead client discovery workshops and demonstrate PoCs tailored to industry scenarios.Serve as a trusted advisor in AI/Data transformation engagements.
AI & Data Technology ExpertiseDeep experience with Azure AI (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML) and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Lake, ADF, Power BI).Hands-on expertise with Python, .NET, SQL, and data modeling techniques.Familiarity with AI use case libraries, generative AI models, and industry-specific data pipelines.
People Management & Practice GrowthLead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 20 30 professionals including data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, and solution architects.Drive talent development, upskilling, and best practices for AI & Data delivery.Expand delivery capacity and help scale the practice to 100+ team members over time.
Business & Financial AccountabilityOwn the P&L for the AI and Data business unit, ensuring cost optimization and revenue growth.Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and IP to improve delivery efficiency and value realization.Build partnerships with Microsoft and relevant ecosystem players to enhance solution capabilities.
