We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to take ownership of our accounting function and ensure the organization's financial operations are managed with accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, while partnering with leadership to support business growth.

Should be proficient in Tally and capable of independently managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience in Accounting Function.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting or any related field.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, Statutory Compliance, and Audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis)
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Month-End Closing.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Experience in vendor management, payroll accounting, and statutory remittances.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning will be an added advantage.
