Qualification

• CA Qualified
• Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and related areas

Experience

• CA Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
• Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
