Job Description
- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, critical path, delays and recovery plans.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Procurement and Construction teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, client presentations and project forecasts.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, risk analysis and project controls.
- Prepare project cost estimates, monitor budgets, and track project expenditures.
- Prepare, submit, and certify Client RA Bills and Final Bills, while coordinating with clients to
- resolve billing queries and ensure timely payment processing.
- Ensure timely achievement of milestones and contractual deliverables.
- Note : Experience in Stadiums, Mega Hospitals, Mega Malls, Luxury Hotels, Mega Townships, Airport
- Terminal Buildings or similar landmark projects.
