Job Description
- Plan and manage the Admin Budget for the Corporate office and adhere to cost as per budget.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts.
- Handle admin tasks, including onboarding new employees, guest house bookings, seating arrangements, travel vehicle arrangements, and travel arrangements (ticket/vehicles).
- Ensure adherence to the Travel policy and manage hotel bookings.
- Manage sales/marketing officers with new setups and explore vendors for project finalization.
- Set deadlines for project finalization within budget.
- Oversee facility management, including housekeeping of office premises, factory/office building maintenance, office utilities management, parking area/garden/plants maintenance, and housekeeping staff & materials management.
- Manage transport arrangements for employees, guests, and events, and engage contract/outsource agencies to administer and execute activities.
- Manage inventory of factory assets, machinery, and insurance administration.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a Master's or PG Diploma in Human Resources is desirable.
- Around 15+ years of relevant experience in administration or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, networking skills, negotiation skills, people management skills, and conflict management skills.
- Conversant in English and local language.
- Preference given to candidates from FMCG, Chemical, Pharma companies.
- Must have good stability in current and previous roles.
