Job Description
- Develop and implement effective talent strategies to attract top professionals in the social impact sector.
- Build and manage employer partnerships with NGOs, CSR foundations, and philanthropic institutions.
- Define and execute outreach and engagement strategies for Purpose Openings.
- Lead activation campaigns, employer onboarding, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with B-schools and academic institutions to design campus placement strategies.
- Support sector orientation sessions, internships, and fellowship pathways.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, Social Work, or related fields.
- Minimum 11 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, HR partnerships, campus engagement, or social sector hiring ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the talent ecosystem and partnership development.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with execution orientation.
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, or social enterprises is strongly preferred.
