Manager / Engineers -Execution (Commercial Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all on-site construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and external development works.
• Monitor productivity, material consumption, and resource utilization at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Review contractor progress and certify work completion as per project milestones.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, MIS reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure implementation of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices across the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 12 years of experience in execution of commercial, residential, mixed-use, high-rise, or large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
