Manager - Strategic Investment & Corporate Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage strategic investments, corporate development, M&A activities, and business expansion initiatives. The role will involve evaluating investment opportunities, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment, acquisition, and business expansion opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, DCF valuations, investment analysis, and business cases.
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other teams for M&A and transaction execution.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Monitor investment performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

• Commerce Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred: Male candidates only
• 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Financial Advisory, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, DCF, due diligence, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
