Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Malayalam-speaking Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, promoting services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
• Explain company services clearly and effectively
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Handle queries and resolve issues professionally
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets
• Work under pressure and achieve performance goals

Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior tele calling/customer service experience in any industry preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Flexible to travel if required
• Basic computer knowledge
