Major Incident Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage major incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT processes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in a Major Incident Manager role or similar SME position.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ability to apply it effectively during incident management processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
