Major Incident Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage major incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the incident management process.

Job Requirements :

• 9-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) principles and practices.
• Experience in managing complex technical issues using tools like MIM (Major Incident Management).
• Proven track record of successfully resolving high-severity incidents within SLA targets.
