Maintenance Incharge

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Maintenance In-Charge to manage the maintenance activities of our Aluminium Recycling Plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reducing breakdowns, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage maintenance of:

• Aluminium melting furnaces
• Induction / Rotary / Tilting Furnaces
• Continuous Casting / CCR Equipment
• Degassing and Fluxing Systems
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
• Pumps, Blowers and Compressors
• Electrical Panels, MCCs, PCCs, Motors and VFDs
• Cranes, Hoists and Material Handling Equipment
• DG Sets, UPS and Plant Utilities

Plan and implement:

• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Breakdown maintenance and root-cause analysis
• MTBF / MTTR improvement
• Critical spare parts management
• Maintenance planning and cost control
• Equipment history and maintenance documentation

Ensure proper maintenance of:

• HT/LT Electrical Systems
• Transformers
• PCC/MCC Panels
• Motors and Drives
• PLC and Automation Systems
• DG Sets and UPS Systems

Team Management:

• Lead maintenance technicians, electricians, fitters and contractors.
• Allocate daily maintenance activities.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and technical training.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance work.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with LOTO and Permit-to-Work systems.
• Follow electrical, hot work, work-at-height and lifting safety requirements.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
