Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and effective manner. Address and resolve any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee general maintenance of facilities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, lighting, and general repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Report and address safety hazards as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Prepare reports as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, departments, and external vendors to ensure all maintenance needs are met efficiently.
• Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergencies and provide support during off-hours as needed.
• Preventive & trouble shooting maintenance experience of Fanuc controlled CNC machines is required.
• SAP Knowledge will be advantage.
