Role: Mainframe Developer
Location: Chennai /Hyderabad/Bangalore
Duration: Fulltime
Must-Have
Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies, including: COBOL / COBOL II CICS (Transaction Processing) DB2 (SQL, performance tuning, utilities) VSAM (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS) JCL Experience with batch and online application support in production environments. Familiarity with mainframe monitoring and debugging tools (e.g., Abend-AID, File AID, Xpediter, Omegamon or equivalent). Experience with source control and change management tools (Endevor, Changeman, or equivalent).
Good-to-Have
Experience in BFSI domain applications Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and high availability concepts. Experience with Agile / DevOps delivery models for mainframe ecosystems. Basic scripting or automation exposure (REXX)
