Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy COBOL programs for mainframe applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop complex database queries using JCL (Job Control Language) to extract data from IBM DBMS systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data integrity, and system performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-11 years of experience in Mainframe Development with expertise in COBOL programming language.
- Strong understanding of DBMS concepts and ability to write efficient SQL queries using JCL.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
