Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop personalized product recommendations for customers based on their preferences, behavior, and interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recommendation algorithms into e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize the performance of recommended products and improve customer engagement.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., search engines, User Generated Content) to inform product recommendations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in recommender systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, particularly collaborative filtering and matrix factorization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; experience with vector-based approaches preferred.
