Machine Learning Engineer

• An advanced degree (PhD in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding proficiency of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with NLP (Topic modelling, sentiment analysis, classification, summarization)and/or computer vision (segmentation, classification, object detection).
• Experience training Deep learning models, and fine-tuning for NLP and Computer Vision use cases.
• Experience developing Predictive modelling and statistics for classification, clustering, forecasting, and Time series modelling.
• Defining validation strategies, data augmentation pipelines
• Relevant AWS certifications such as AWS Machine Learning speciality, and AWS Solutions Architect.
• Implement and manage MLOps principles
• Advanced math and statistics knowledge, particularly in the areas of calculus, linear algebra, and Bayesian statistics.
• Performing data cleaning, feature engineering, selection and evaluation.
• Design Prototypes, build and refine scalable infrastructure for deploying ML workloads at scale.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database design and optimization
• Hands-On experience in developing pipelines and automations to manage ML infrastructure and deployements
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms, Markov decision processes, and sequential decision-making problems
• Experience in classification, regression, clustering methods, neural networks, and text mining
