Role: Sr. Manager - Luxury Sales | NoBroker
About the Company:
NoBroker is a full-stack player in prop tech and offers end-to-end services catering to
each and every real estate need of a customer. We recently attained Unicorn status by
becoming the first prop tech player in India to reach a $1 billion valuation.
At NoBroker Builder Channel, we are on the path to providing an end-to-end seamless
experience to future homeowners. We cater to 6 major geographies now - Bangalore, Mumbai,
Pune, Hyderabad, NCR, and Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Ability to utilize various sources such as online platforms, referrals, networking
events, partnerships, etc. to identify potential clients interested in luxury
properties and assist in building databases of HNI clients.
- Call on new and existing databases to introduce NoBroker and its offerings,
understanding their requirements and providing suitable property
recommendations and scheduling & attending Site Visits/ Meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular
follow-ups.
- Participate in various activities like exhibitions, activations and similar activities to
generate leads.
- Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
2. Market Intelligence & Industry Insights
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all luxury projects available in Bangalore,
including their unique features, amenities, pricing, and target clientele.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends,
financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
3. Reporting & Presentation:
- Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, Google Office and other tools &
software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Presales, BD, Marketing, CRM & legal
as and when requiredDesired Skills:
- Previous experience and understanding of Bangalore real estate and luxury including
handling HNI clients, market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
- Multitasking and comfortable using CRM, excel and other tools to manage leads and
activities.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, exhibiting integrity and ethical conduct
in all interactions.
- MBA/ Post graduate is highly preferred.
