Looking For Maintenances Engineer - Solar Cell (Fabcity)

Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the reliability of solar cell manufacturing equipment, including wet benches, diffusion furnaces, PECVD/ARC systems, screen printers, firing furnaces, and testing tools.
• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for solar cell process equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, VFDs, sensors, heaters, SSRs, relays, power supplies, and PLC/HMI systems.
• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on pumps, valves, conveyors, bearings, cylinders, and pressure regulators.
• Support automation and control systems by conducting fault diagnostics and logic checks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM schedules, equipment history, and spare parts logs.
• Coordinate with Process, Production, Utility, and Quality teams to ensure equipment readiness and process stability.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, chemical and electrical safety protocols, LOTO procedures, 5S practices, and internal quality standards.
