Job Description
IIFL Home Finance is looking for an experienced Area Legal Manager for the Gurgaon location. We are specifically seeking local Delhi/NCR candidates with relevant experience in the NBFC/Housing Finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting lease, leave & license, and other commercial agreements.
Managing agreement registration and coordinating with relevant authorities.
Developing legal strategies, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders for effective case resolution.
Legal scrutiny of property and mortgage documents.
Title verification and due diligence of properties.
Ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation for home loan cases.
Supporting business teams on legal and documentation-related matters.
Eligibility:
LLB degree.
Experience in Housing Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Mortgage Industry.
Strong knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, and legal recovery processes.
