To ensure timely monthly cost booking, Build and Circulate MIS reports (predefined templates) on Monthly Basis before 2nd of every month. Ensure proper management of POD for all supplies across channels (Indore)
Crates Management
Defining and implementing SOPs on Crates Management & Re-conciliation ,avoiding loss of crates
