Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Logistics & Lorry Placement Executive who can efficiently place lorries after trade confirmation, ensuring smooth movement of goods from Point A to Point B at the right freight cost.

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent market knowledge of freight rates, and the ability to act quickly and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place lorries immediately after trade confirmation for timely dispatch
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with transporters and ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics from loading point to destination
• Maintain strong relationships with transporters, brokers, and fleet owners
• Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle daily freight planning and resolve any transit-related issues proactively
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics requirements

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in lorry placement and freight negotiation
• Strong understanding of market freight rates and routes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly proactive, alert, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple movements simultaneously
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Hands on experience in Tally is an added advantage.
