Designation: Logistics and Dispatch-Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimise, and coordinate the full order cycle end-to-end
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency a rrange the warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes, and process shipments
- Resolve any problems or complaints that arise with the customs department s upervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure strong documentation with loading, unloading, inward and outward processes, E-way bills, transportation documents, customs clearance, etc
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
Requirements
- Proven working experience in logistics
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage workers.
- Proficiency in standard logistics software and dispatch documents
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Must have knowledge of Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
