Job Description

• Monitor daily service level metrics such as truck placement accuracy, transit reliability, truck utilization/vehicle mix, analyze gaps between budget vs. actual logistics costs, ensure accurate data capture from SAP/external systems, automate reports, and provide monthly dashboards/performance trackers.

• Analyze performance of various WSPs based on defined criteria.

• Generate truck indent plans optimized for targeted truck utilization, maximized vehicle mix, and share compliance of listed transporters.

• Develop route plans from warehouse to distributors for maximizing clubbed load deliveries, coordinate with regional logistics executive for contract conversion, analyze load patterns, and propose contract-based savings.

• Generate fixed day of shipments (FDOS) based on routes and quarterly load plans, and upload finalized FDOS plans into the system quarterly.

• Assist in logistics cost budgeting for transportation and warehousing, and track/provide monthly savings against plan to Finance.
