LOAN EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Loan Executive
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Main Responsibilities
- Find and contact new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, tenure and required documents.
- Collect KYC and other required documents from customers.
- Prepare and submit loan applications correctly.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
- Follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.
- Assist customers during the loan disbursement process.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new business through customer references and market visits.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Loan Products
The Loan Executive may work on one or more of the following products:
- Personal Loan
- Business Loan
- MSME Loan
- Home Loan
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Vehicle Loan
- Commercial Vehicle Loan
- Gold Loan
- Agriculture Loan
- Other Loan Products
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance or Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
