Loan Officer

Role & responsibilities:

Generate new leads for MSME / Business Loans through field visits.

• Visit local shops and small businesses such as:

Grocery Stores

General Stores

Restaurants

Salons / Hair Cutting Shops

Retail Shops

Traders

Small Business Owners

• Identify potential customers and explain Business Loan products.
• Understand customer business and loan requirements.
• Collect required KYC and financial documents.
• Verify customer and business details before loan login.
• Complete the loan application and coordinate with the processing/credit team.
• Follow up with customers from login to disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Cover the assigned market within the 25 KM branch radius.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper service.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Graduate candidates can also apply.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
