Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall expertise.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.

Strong experience in front-end development frameworks and technologies related to Adobe Experience Manager.

Ability to integrate user interface components with backend services effectively.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.

Experience in debugging and optimizing UI performance within complex content management systems.

Knowledge of best practices in UI development to ensure accessibility and usability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
